This person is responsible for working directly with the customer on the vehicle selection process, selling supplemental finance and insurance programs to new and used car buyers, financing vehicle purchases, and maintaining the positive culture that we have worked so hard to establish. Position Requirements of the Automotive Finance Manager
A Finance and Insurance Producer should possess an impressive background in sales, business, finance and/or marketing. A minimum of three years in automotive Finance experience is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial, and all F&I personnel must maintain the highest ethical standards. This person will be expected to step outside of their comfort zone and be willing to help with all aspects of the consumer buying process. When not with a customer in Finance, this person will be working with customers on the sales floor.
Educational Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a college degree or equivalent experience in finance is strongly preferred.
